Exciting opportunity to join the Estee Lauder senior sales leadership team across UK & Ireland.

Reporting into the Sales and Education Retail Director, you will be responsible for the achievement of Retail Sales Targets and In-Store Retail Strategy.

• Achievement of Retail Sales Target aligned with Productivity goals and Expenditure budgets

• Implement in Store Retail Strategy with field teams according to the brand strategy and strategic business objectives

• Identify and Develop Regional Sales and Marketing Managers Skill Set to drive granular opportunities

• Take a lead role in Sales and Education Executive on boarding programme and Continued Development.

• Drive O2O through the Art of conversation – develop our Field team to engage.

• Drive and Support Counter Manager Commercial Development Programme

• Work closely with the National Field Education Manager in order to ensure a strong consistent message to the field team and a talent pipeline within the brand

• Support Delivering Local, in store Retail Strategy Meetings when required to elevate Brand positioning and in store negotiation.

• As our Retail Landscape evolves to Support Regional Sales managers with Employee Relations and Regular updates with our HR Partners


• Deliver results that are in line with brand priorities and Strive to exceed categories with NPD Data

• Identify future candidates for succession planning, identify talent gaps and design plans to mitigate.

• Lead by example. Continue to be first mover on technology and innovation

• Have an innovative, communicative and collaborative, cross-functional approach to relationships with All Brand Functions

• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills are also essential in order to build strong collaborative relationships with our retail partners.

• Drive growth in travel corridors and support plans to continue being an inclusive brand for our Beauty Advisors and Consumers

• Provide constructive and specific feedback for Regional Sales and Marketing Managers on Leadership Style, Team development and experience Strategy to reinforce and strengthen follow-up.

• Set City Challenge days up for success in partnership with Education

• Be aware of Brand Performance and Regional Results. Be able to provide any analysis required on these area when requested.

• Plan all Journey schedules, always being mindful of ROI

Qualifications Required

• Extensive experience in retail, with significant experience in a field commercial sales role

• Commercial mind-set and understanding of how Experience can really shift the dial

• A warm and charismatic leader, recognised for their managerial talent

• Demonstrate a “Challenger Spirit” by pushing the boundaries of possibility and embracing new opportunities

• A dynamic and inspirational Manager with a real challenger mind-set, to lead, coach and develop the talent and capabilities of regional Sales Team

• Strong capacity to unite and motivate teams on all levels

• Creativity, enthusiasm, passion

• Ease tact and legitimacy when representing the brands

• Calm and considered under pressure, flexible and open minded

• Be technically and socially savvy via OCT, Online Appointments, ELX and Beauty Advisor Influencer Strategy
