JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Administrator

Field Recruitment’s client, a successful family owned business is now looking to add multiple Customer Service Administrators to the existing team.

These are temporary positions that will lead to a permanent contract from the right candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Answering calls in a professional and timely manner
-Deal with customers enquiries
-Liaise with both internal and external colleagues & suppliers
-Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
-General admin duties to include filing, faxing and photocopying

Skills required

-Computer literate
-Excellent communication skills both verbally/written
-Previous sales administration experience is essential
-Organised, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure
-Experience of using SAGE packages desirable

£9.00ph- Temporary position with potential permanent contract after 12 weeks.

Working hours are Mon-Thurs (8.30- 5.00pm) with a 4.00pm finish on Fridays.
