JOB DESCRIPTION
Self Employed Chauffeur (086jc) – London within M25 – circa £22,200 + OT + Benefits

My client, one of London’s longest established independent chauffeur companies are now seeking additional drivers due to a major contract win and continued business growth.

You should hold a valid PCO license; with a minimum 1 years’ experience as a chauffeur which must have been served within central London. Able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge of 5 star hotel’s and their protocols, fine dining restaurants and theatres. A history of driving luxury limousines is imperative with experience of driving Mercedes V-Class, Range Rovers, Bentley’s and Rolls-Royce desirable. You must be able to demonstrate impeccable London knowledge and route planning, however if you have worked at length for private families or CEO’s you may also be considered. A good command of the English language, well groomed, immaculately presented, excellent customer service skills, exceptional timekeeping, and a strong work ethic, physically fit and second language desirable.

Your responsibilities and duties will consist of:

• Keeping vehicle in pristine and immaculate condition throughout the working day
• Giving accurate information and liaising with the control room
• Followed all traffic rules and safety policies during the routine trips
• Maintained utmost politeness in conversation and activities
• Planned and followed appropriate time schedules to start and end the journeys
• Report to the control team at the end of each journeys
• Drive the vehicle optimum speed to ensure safety and fuel efficiency
• Welcomed the clients and assisted them to board the limousine and place their luggage appropriately
• Take directions from executives, PA’s and control team on travel plans and changes to those plans.
• Keep up to date records of all business trips including receipts, mileage, and hours worked.
• Flexibility with hours of work
• Providing up to date journey information to passenger
• Providing first class service at all times, ensuring a timely route is selected
• Work in a high paced environment, managing and facilitating the flow of information to the office in a poised, professional and efficient manner.
• Responsible for picking up and dropping off passengers in company owned vehicles.
• Responsible for cleaning and keeping the vehicles stocked and fuelled
• Knowledge of passengers destination
• Read airline arrival and departure schedule for passengers
• Quickly navigates traffic and knows shortcuts for the area
• Present a professional demeanour at all times
• Complete all duties with discretion and confidentiality, and treats each passenger with respect and professionalism
• Expected to exhibit good manners and be courteous in all driving and non-driving situations while on the job, acting both friendly and professional toward passengers at all times.
• Responsible for operating a vehicle and safely driving passengers to and from their destinations
• Cleaning and vacuuming the interior of the car after every job, washing the car twice daily, waxing the car once a month. Keeping the car in showroom condition.
• If the passenger is travelling with luggage you should load and unload these from the vehicle.
• Performing minor maintenance such as checking screen wash, tyre pressure, and water levels on a daily basis.

In return they are offering £22,200 to start with average overtime can rise to £28,500 with tips you could make an additional £6k on top.
