JOB DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting for a experienced Customer Service / Call Centre Advisers in Magna Park, Lutterworth. These are Full Time Temp to Perm roles offering £15,500 - £18,000 DOE Plus Bonus £100 a month.
Ongoing training and development available within this business, as long as you show willing.
Your Customer Service / Call Centre duties will include:
Making outbound calls to existing customers to arrange deliveries
Receiving inbound calls from existing customers regarding their orders
Handling complaints
Investigating queries
Updating the database
Escalating calls you cannot resolve
General admin duties
You will:
Have previous Customer Service experience
Ideally have experience of working within a Call Centre / Contact Centre
Possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Be able to work the below shift patterns
Have no holidays booked with your training period
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week, 5 days a week only.
Shifts between Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm. With 1 in 3 Saturday/Sunday
Due to some shifts finishing at 8.00 pm, you must have your own transport if you do not live locally to Magna Park.
