JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting for one of our biggest clients Nationwide Building Society. You will be working with-in a busy fast paced business. If you join Nationwide as a Digital Consultant, you can enter into a hardworking and friendly environment.

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. The ability to make and explain decisions
3. Computer literate
4. Ability to deal with queries via the telephone and certain web platforms
5. Confident
6. Process driven

Experience required

1. Customer service experience is desirable
2. IT skills are essential
3. It would be beneficial if you have worked with BBM, Webchat & Social Media before but this is not essential as training will be provided

Your new potential role

The Digital Service operation respond to members who contact Nationwide via BBM (secure messages,) Email, Webchat and Social Media covering Banking, Savings, Mortgages, Personal Loans and technical related queries. In addition, consultants respond to all tweets that come in via @AskNationwide and Nationwide Building Society's Facebook page which are both 24/7. We PRIDE ourselves on delivering Legendary Service through personalised messages with an emphasis on getting it right first time. This role involves dealing with some inbound calls from customers and calls from elsewhere internally with Nationwide as a helpdesk function.

This is a temporary to permanent role based in Swindon, working Monday to Sunday 8am- 8pm (so you will need to be fully flexible), paying £8.79 per hour.

PLEASE NOTE- NO HOLIDAY CAN BE TAKEN IN THE FIRST 4 WEEKS OF STARTING DUE TO ESSENTIAL TRAINING WHICH CANNOT BE MISSED.
