HARA SOLUTIONS LIMITED is currently looking for IT Technical Project Leader .


Strong knowledge of platforms, operating systems, database management systems and web authoring tools

Primary responsibility also include in leading the value engineering team in assessing and prioritizing cost-out opportunities

Creates, manages and maintains best practice process governance and takes ownership of the processes to ensure they are embed in to the business

Works closely with internal and external resource to deliver against the unified roadmap, including multi-channel deliverables

Identify project scope, timelines, budget and track progress

Ongoing regular communication and reporting to be provided for each project

Facilitate project status meetings and monthly SteerCo sessions

Run weekly and daily communication with the delivery teams (release meeting and daily catch up) in order to clarify backlog item and remove obstacle

Lead a strong team of developers in an onshore-offshore model and instilled high work tempo to generate peak performance levels.

Strengthened the Application support team knowledge on the new setup of the application by conducting knowledge sharing sessions

Identify and work through dependencies on projects running internally/externally

Identifying key areas for process improvement and offer improved ways of working across the business and within the core working groups

Support existing application and provide best possible solution to Client errors/problems.
Contribute to the recruitment process within the organization.

Prepared implementation approach for 2-phase production implementation to minimize the impact of the change and make change seamless to the customer.

Manage all aspects of program/project delivery including:
Planning (scoping, solution, estimations, budgeting, resource planning), Development, Execution, Controlling (issue, quality and risk management), Reporting and Transition to support

Work with Agile Coaches helping to drive cultural change and increase effectiveness using a variety of agile methodologies Creating, Scoping and Finalising Project Documentation


Degree in IT or related subjects

Prior experience with development in Agile/Scrum methodology

Ability to deconstruct customer project plans into smaller functional components

Outstanding attention to detail in all work and documentation

A solid knowledge of Value Engineering/component Engineering activities and cost out experience. Should costing or any costing tool experience an added advantage

Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies

Ability to self direct multiple projects and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment

Ability to work in a large, matrix organization

Experience in developing own framework of re-usable components

Good knowledge on Java frameworks Spring (Web, IOC, MVC, Webservices, Security,

JDBC), Struts2, Hibernate, jBPM,JBoss Drools, and Hybris

Experience testing tools JUNIT, TestNG, Mockito, Cucumber, for UI testing

Version control tools Subversion, CVS, VPN, DropBox, Rational, and Git.

Good knowledge on Java frameworks Spring (Web, IOC, MVC, Webservices, Security,

JDBC), Struts2, Hibernate, jBPM,

Strong analytical/problem solving skills

Strong experience in developing, upgrading and deploying custom Project/SharePoint features and solutions in

Project/SharePoint 2013

Expertise in intranet web application development using Project Server, C#, ASP.NET, JSON, JQuery, SQL Server

2008/2012, .NET Framework, SharePoint, TFS, Visual Studio 2015/2013/2012
