Our products are designed to help teachers deliver outstanding lessons using a range of resources tailored to the curriculum. We first launched in 2011 and our resources are now used by over 150,000 teachers, in 78 countries and in 19 different languages.
The Account Management Executive works within the school sales team. Schools in the UK and around the world purchase annual and multi-year subscriptions to our products, Tigtag Junior (ages 4-6), Tigtag (ages 7-11) and Twig (ages 11-16), which are delivered via websites. The role is field based in the Midlands and reports to the Schools Sales Manager who is based in London.

The main purpose of this role is to:
- Manage renewals and new business for UK secondary schools to achieve an annual revenue target. Please note: this is an independent contributor role – you do not have a team to support you.

Your core responsibilities will include:
- To deliver UK secondary school renewals and new business achieving your revenue targets. This includes: calling and emailing schools to renew, calling and emailing leads including booking online/site demos, preparing quotes, processing admin, capturing accurate data in backend systems including SalesForce, ensuring invoices are raised, working with our Accountant to reconcile revenues, chasing debtors and monthly reporting.
- To onboard new schools which may include helping to set up log-ins, basic training on how to use and get the best out of our resources etc.
- Support in regular contact with schools to ensure they have a positive experience with our products, resolve any problems they may have and help them get the most out of our resources.
- Lead generation e.g. attending events across UK.
- Other duties as required.

You will need to have the following skills and experience:
- An understanding of the School (K-12) market.
- Strong customer service orientation – proven experience in a customer facing role with examples of exceptional levels of service.
- Proven customer/sales/account management experience.
- The ability to build relationships over email, phone and in person<./li>
- The ability to overcome objections and drive sales.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines (no day will be the same and there will be busy periods).
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to represent the company on the phone and at trade-shows/events, demonstrate our resources and engage with existing and prospective clients and partners.
- A good grasp of technology, not only the use of standard IT software packages e.g. Word/Excel/PPT/Google Sheets etc. but also the ability to develop an understanding of our technological solutions.
