JOB DESCRIPTION
An opportunity has risen for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our small friendly team. The main focus is to provide support for the Sales Team and to process invoices and payments in line with company procedures in an accurate and timely manner and maintaining the company’s CRM Database.

The successful candidate should have worked in a similar role before and have a positive, thoughtful, and decisive work ethic.

OBJECTIVES
• Plan and organise workload in conjunction with your Line Manager and the sales floor requirements
• Ensure that all broker settlement requests are promptly actioned
Ensure that electronic messaging settlements are processed within satisfactory timescales
• Ensure that payments and receipts are processed/recorded in an accurate, timely and secure manner
• Maintain all Accounting databases daily
• Manage queries from internal and external parties regarding payments Review supplier statements and agree balances
• Accurately prioritise to ensure all incoming invoices are processed within agreed timescales
• Maintain accuracy of filing systems
• Assist Accountant as appropriate
• Contribute to the implementation of new procedures and suggest improvements to existing systems.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and creditors
• General accounting, banking and office duties
• Processing new sales leads
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
• Monitoring customer accounts
• Providing data and reports to help the sales team
• Keeping track of sales targets
• Scheduling diaries

EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 months of commercial / office-based experience
• Extreme attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Great numeracy skills
• Great communication skills
• The ability to multi-task
• The ability to deal professionally with a number of counterparties
• Good computer skills, including Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and professional calm telephone manner

HOURS
40 per week

HOLIDAYS
20 per annum
