JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client, Nationwide Building Society, is looking for a hard-working individual to join them in the position of Payment Processing Customer Administrator. Within this role you will be responsible for processing the Direct Debit Indemnity process from end to end. You will be investigating member’s accounts to look for any unrecognised payments, you will then process a refund for any member’s that have been affected – this means you may be required to liaise with the members via telephone to discuss the progress of their case. You will be required to use multiple systems and provide detailed information over the telephone.

The person we are looking for:

Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, computer literate, high attention to detail.

Values: Hard working, positive, approachable.

Experience: Customer service, admin experience is essential, telephony experience would be desirable.
