FoamInstall is a spray foam insulation company installing high quality spray foam insulation into domestic and commercial properties. We believe in being open, honest and clear about what the product is, what it does and how we install it. The product is the new age replacement for old and antiquated insulation technologies such as fibreglass and rock wool. The properties of the product speak for itself when it comes to comparing to the older insulation technologies.

FoamInstall will provide product training to the right candidate, this will be provided from our home office located in the sunny town of Bournemouth. The home office provides a relaxed environment in which a telesales executive or appointment maker can work with industry experts in construction and foam spray insulation to grow knowledge and generate leads for the field sales team.

This is a fantastic time to get into the industry as there are changes happening in regulations relating to EPC ratings. This means that all landlords in the UK must provide a property of a certain EPC rating before they let their property whether it be domestic or commercial. Enquiries are up and now is a good time to get into the industry and push this fantastic product.

What you will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for setting appointments with potential customers through cold calling. You will use a well developed script to speak to customers about the product and what it can do for them. You will be required to handle objections with an aim to set an appointment for the field sales team to visit the customer.

Cold calling to set appointments
Telephone objection handling
Working with field sales team to ensure diary is setup to meet sales targets

3+ years of telesales experience (mandatory)
Appointment setting/making skills
Excellent questioning and qualification skills
Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads and overcome obstacles
You must have impeccable manners
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Determination and drive to push on become and part of a growing successful company
