JOB DESCRIPTION

The exact terms of your package will be discussed with you as our agency works with care homes all over the country, both independent and nationally known chains.

The ideal Registered Nurse candidate will have the following skills and values:

A nurse qualification (RGN) with a valid NMC pin number
Previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential
A committed and organised approach
Able to work full-time (this will vary but is normally around 34.5 hours/week - nights may also be available)
Reporting to the Care Manager, the successful nurse candidate will ensure the promotion of high standards of nursing care, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.

In return for this you will receive a competitive salary package of around 17.50 per hour plus a range of benefits. These vary in different care homes but may include
