JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Project Manager
The Marketing Project Manager will be the primary contact for marketing projects and requests that come from within the marketing department. We want professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment where collaboration and walk-around communication drive results.
A background in Research and Development would be beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities:
Helps facilitate communication between various project stakeholders
Organizes department projects using task-management software
Acts as a go-to resource for project-related questions and concerns
Juggles many projects at a given time, keeping track of project progress and communicating progress to stakeholders as necessary
Manages and communicates shifting priorities to ensure projects reach completion for expected due dates
Coordinate, plan and collaborate with specialist teams
Understands a broad range of communication methods
Manage simultaneous projects and activities to meet agreed deadlines
Build relationship and gain trust of client
Analyzes project management processes, and provides recommendations for improvements
Prepares Cost-Benefit analyses and business cases to support new project proposals.
Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
Collecting information about the clients business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
Managing all accounting and reporting requirements for a large, varied portfolio of new and ongoing projects.

Learns quickly and assumes new responsibilities as priorities change
Strong problem-solver and decision-maker
Excellent time-management, the ability to multi-task and take on lots of projects at once and prioritise
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in business consulting and/or business advising
Proven experience managing, advising on, or consulting on equity compensation, corporate compensation and benefits plans and/or retirement plan options.
Experience reading and interpreting complex business documents and financial statements.
Requirements:
2+ years of project management experience preferred
Experience working with project management software preferred
Experience managing marketing-related projects preferred
Experience managing or coordinating projects involving multiple resources and channels
Excellent project and time-management skills
