JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of the UK’s largest and fastest growing independent business services company, established in 2000, with an annual turnover in excess of £24M per annum, with locations across the UK and £1M stockholding of over 3,500 products, offering next day delivery via own delivery fleet.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a very well-respected, long-established business, offering the successful applicant the benefits detailed below.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate’s key responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:

Effective sales growth and account management of an existing £500k -£600k pa client base
Manage customer revenue and profit expenditure across the key business service channels
Achievement of new business sales revenue & gross profit targets
Provide quotations and follow up within specified timescales
Convert sales quotations into new business revenue and profit generation
Ownership of customer pricing schedules
Associated administration, including new and updated data entry onto company CRM/Back Office system
Provide the very highest level of customer service
Efficient and effective time management with clear and transparent CRM
Organise, despatch and follow up marketing literature

EXPERIENCE
Skills & Knowledge Required:

Minimum 3 Years (checkable) successful previous experience in B2B sales (industry related a distinct advantage)
Minimum 3 years (checkable) proven, successful sales track record.
Proven track record (checkable) of excellent client relationship building
Excellent Account Retention, Development & New Business record
Professional, target driven, confident, highly motivated individual
Commercially astute with excellent English & Maths analytical capabilities
Good people skills and the ability to work in an UK Group environment
Proficient in written, oral and presentation communication skills
Proficient PC skills
Key basic attributes of hard work, organisation, planning, focus, determination and resilience are required in abundance to succeed in this exciting, challenging role.
