B2B Sales Executive
Location: Cosham, Portsmouth
Salary: From £17,000+ a year Basic & Uncapped Bonus Commission
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (09:00-18:00)
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Right now, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate B2B Sales Executive to join our Team. The successful candidate will be based at out small yet lively Contact Centre Office in Cosham, Portsmouth

The Role – What you will do as a B2B Sales Executive:

As an integral member of the Sales Team you'll utilise available resource to identify and generate business leads. Using your excellent communication skills, you'll call customers, learn about their specific requirements and discuss relevant products and promotions which they would benefit from. With a keenness to achieve you will be self-motivated with the ability independently meet monthly targets

• Work to meet or exceed monthly sales, quarterly performance targets for customer service and compliance
• Monitor your pipeline and proactively call Business Customers to close the deal. Seek network discounting and funding
to improve the customer proposition/dealer margin calculating commissions
• Adapt with all system and process improvements to reduce the impact on customer experience.
• Use standard operating procedures to deliver a consistent customer experience in a way that builds the propensity for
the customer in order to recommend Business Connections; considering wider fixed and IT profile in line with all
product development
• Provide solutions to best support the customer in line with their needs; keeping in mind our financial objectives but
moderating this to stay within the parameters of great service for the customer
• Process all cases accurately and efficiently into the relevant systems; ensuring all CRM data is entered correctly
including sales source/campaign and no-sale reasons if applicable

Requirements - So what would we like to see from you?

• Previous Sales experience is required (2+ years)
• Commitment to excellence and demanding standards
• Respect, collaboration and the ability to influence
• Strong and confident Telephony manner essential
• A team player able to work in a small team within a much larger corporate structure
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and deliver to set KPI’ • A keen interest to learn new skills while improving
personal development
• Knowledge of telecoms industry would be beneficial

Previous Sales experience is required (2+ years)
