Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated, business orientated, customer facing Management Consultants and Business Analyst, who loves delivering to the highest standards, working with people and wants to be part of our growing company. Candidates should have the following experience:


As a Management Consultants and Business Analyst you will:

· Experience of and thrive working on multi-disciplined projects across a wide range of performance markets and relish the challenge of working in multiple sectors.

· Leading and mentoring a team, supporting and coaching them so they will have the confidence to grow and surpass their own expectations.

· Building relationships with clients and delivering results whether working independently or as part of a dynamic and productive team.

· Taking responsibility for key clients manages and exceeds their expectations.

· Ability to quote on large projects delivering accurate and concise quotations for the clients.

· Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organisation

· Conducting analysis

· Interviewing the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders

· Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting

· line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures

Recruiting staff this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications,

· preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interview and

select candidates

· Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance

· management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management

· Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;

· Undertaking regular salary reviews;

· Negotiating with staff and their representatives issues relating to pay and conditions;

· Administering payroll and maintaining employee records

· Interpreting and advising on employment law;

· Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures

· Planning, and sometimes delivering, training including inductions for new staff

· Analysing training needs in conjunction with director.

· Running focus groups and facilitating workshops

· Preparing business proposals and presentations

· Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions

· Leading and managing those within the team, including analysts

· Experience of delivery projects through formal programme and project methodologies

· Expert in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Experience of delivery through external suppliers/delivery partners

· Demonstrates the leadership skills needed to handle innovation and change experience of supplier management

· Build strong interfaces with the relevant departments, specifically Procurement & Finance and supplier teams

· Responsible for the ensuring that all projects adhere to stated policy and governance

· Accountable for monitoring programme efficiency and quality management process, identifying opportunities or risk to allow appropriate decisions to be taken in a timely manner to protect delivery outcomes from being compromised

· Continuously improve delivery efficiency to drive down cost, deliver faster and improve quality

· Give clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders with regards to external factors, to enable them carryout their duties effectively

· Maintain direct and open interaction with director to make sure all resources management issues

· and also consider the negotiation of amendments to project plans to achieve best offers

· Sharing experiences and best practice to deliver the ideal solution using discipline to act professionally for the company.

· Create and implement business expansion plan and execution

Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree or above
