JOB DESCRIPTION
An ATM Service Desk Analyst is required by our client, Nationwide. We are looking for someone with strong customer focus, ideally from Customer Services or an IT background. You will receive training in the role.

Purpose of the role:
• To take ownership of ATM faults and implement fixes
• Restore ATMs back into service to meet customer demand
• Liaise and escalate with 3rd party engineering contractors
• Monitor and respond to call volumes
• Report and implement continues improvement activity on problem sites
• Build branch relationships Role

Skills:
• Previous experience in delivering high levels of customer service.
• Communication skills, able to deal with customers on the phone or email in a calm and professional way- previous experience working in a call centre/ service desk/ customer service role preferred.
• Understanding of basic IT systems such as MS Office, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Able to work to targets- SLAs are in place for all issues raised.
• Dedicated team player with a flexible approach to work and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.


This is a Temporary role, based in Swindon, paying £9.50 Per hour. You will be working shifts, Monday-Friday and a Saturday morning, on a ROTA-ed basis between the hours of 08:00-17:30. This is a 6-month initial contract, with possibility to be extended.
