Sales Advisor – No Cold Calling
Salary Β£20,000 – Bonus and Commission discussed at interview stage.

Our prestigious Client based in Poole and Portsmouth has an exciting opportunity for Sales Advisors to join their leading company. They are in a period of significant growth and as a result of internal promotion; our Client is looking to recruit full time Sales Advisors to join their sales team

The Role

Our Clients telephone-based Sales Advisors are responsible for the nationwide recruitment of students wishing to become Health and Fitness, Beauty and Wellbeing and IT professionals. They are targeted to convert warm leads from interested customers into sales. THERE IS NO COLD CALLING. It is the role of our Sales Advisors to provide outstanding customer service from point of sale through to the commencement on one of our training courses.

β€’ Hours of work are 40 hours per week.
β€’ The office is bright with a casual dress policy.

Main Responsibilities

β€’ Carry out sales activities to agreed targets and timescales
β€’ Effectively manage follow-up calls and emails
β€’ Ensure the computerised database is updated accurately at all times
β€’ Manage diary effectively ensuring punctual contact with customers is maintained at all times
β€’ Adhere to legal & regulatory standards
β€’ Take overall responsibility of applicants through to commencement of course
β€’ Follow correct procedure for collecting payment from customers
β€’ Attend, when required, training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Key Skills

β€’ As a Sales Advisor you will be a strong communicator at all levels, with a proven track record in sales.
β€’ You need to be able to build rapport over the phone, have a positive attitude and to be able to work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative. In return, we offer the opportunity to join an exciting fast paced business – Passionate about Your Future.
β€’ Previous sales experience essential, ideally telephone based
β€’ Experience of having worked in a sales based call centre environment
β€’ Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
β€’ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β€’ A competitive and driven nature to achieve sales targets and be the best
β€’ Ability to listen to customer requirements and respond accordingly
β€’ Ability to recognise customers style and adapt selling technique to suit
β€’ Good interpersonal skills
β€’ Knowledge of IT, Web development, Personal Training or Beauty (desirable)
β€’ A flexible team player who can demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to use initiative

β€’ A responsible and commercially minded individual who is confident, keen to be pro-active and is service minded
β€’ Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
β€’ Strong knowledge of MS Office

Shift Hours – Monday – Friday

β€’ 9am – 5pm
β€’ 10am – 6.30pm
β€’ 1 shift each week - 12am – 8pm – this will be on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and will be set as the shift pattern each week.
β€’ 1 Saturday a month 9am – 1pm
