JOB DESCRIPTION
Outbound Sales Executive
Our rapidly growing Energy/Utilities client based in Poole Dorset is recruiting for target driven Outbound Sales Executives to join their team. The role will involve working with major clients, calling existing customers to offer a wide range of new and exciting benefits.
Duties:
• Cold calling targeted customers which will include individual consumers, housing association customers etc. with other suppliers.
• Setting up new accounts
• Ensure customers are provided with excellent customer service to ensure recommendations to other potential customers, following a sales structure
• Attend sales and customer service training when required
• Ensure maximum revenue is achieved through professionally up selling and cross selling
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience of working in the energy market highly desirable not essential
• Sales experience gained within a call centre environment or from other traditional sales routes
• Confident and able to communicate effectively
• Have good PC and keyboard skills
• Target and results driven
• Self-motivated with a positive, friendly, can-do attitude
• Able to work under pressure and maintain team spirit at all times
