Job Title: Contact Centre Consultant
Salary: ÂŁ7.69 per hour + on target performance up to ÂŁ300 a month bonus
Location: Ringwood (BH24 1HD)
Hours: 40 paid hours per week. Working hours will vary Monday to Friday
between 9am – 8pm (8 hours per day). Rota will be on a rotating shift
pattern.

This is warm lead outbound sales role for our Client

Outbound sales involves calling past and present customers of our Client to offer one-off coin collection
pieces.
Our Client offers an exclusive opportunity to own the world’s most sought-after limited edition gold, silver
and commemorative coins. From its Head Office and Order Fulfilment Centre in Dorset, our Clients
founder has nearly twenty years’ experience sourcing the latest new issues as well as the most coveted
Secondary market pieces from around the world. The aim of our Client is to bring customers the most
Sought-after issues from the United Kingdom and the international numismatic market. Every single coin has
Been individually hand-selected to ensure their customers have access to the most sought-after and desirable
Pieces.

Main Purpose of role:

This role will be a sales role working in a target driven environment. Outbound will be warm telesales calling.

• To deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
• To deliver the required sales targets.
• To deliver the required productivity targets.
• To deliver the required call quality targets

Position in Organisation

The Contact Centre Consultant reports directly into the Team Leader who in turn reports to the Account
Manager

Experience
• Previous sales experience is essential
• Experience of delivering against clear targets is essential
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Previous call centre experience is desirable
• a genuine love for coins would be an advantage!

5. Ability to work from a calling guide but also build natural rapport

Calling Guides
Our Client will provide “calling guides” to all consultants – these have been written by our Client and
Have been created with Consultant success in mind – our Client offers all relevant rapport and sales training as well as how to handle likely objections. The guide will walk you and the prospect through the sale.

Operational Days and Hours
Calling hours for The Jubilee Mint are typically between 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday. Our Clients call centre
Opening hours are between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday and we reserve the right to change the working
Hours with sufficient notice. You will need to be available to work between these hours if required.

Database, Systems & Training
Full training will be given by our Client and will include supporting on-going training requirements of all Consultants.
our Client induction will include many areas covering the Data Protection Act (DPA) the Quality Management
System and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

Consultant Employment Basis
Depending on suitability, CCC’s will be employed as “Temps” or “Perms” with the possibility of a permanent
Position.

Achievement Results
CCCs are required to meet established individual SMART objectives as set. Targets will be confirmed, but will include
Productivity, sales conversion and call quality targets. Our Client has a structured Performance Management Programme
To support and measure individual and team performance.
