We are recruiting for Waking Night Support Care Workers to support individuals with diverse and often complex needs based in our residential and supported living settings within Gloucester and Newent.

The role as a Waking Night Support Care Worker will be to focus on the needs of the Service Users, whether it’s helping them with personal support and care, medication, evening activities and ensuring all service users are safe throughout the night. Our Service Users have a range of interests and it will be your job to support them in these and to help nurture their talents. Each individual we support requires an individual personalised approach. At all times we will adhere to their tailored care plans, risk assessments and individual Person Centred Plans.

No experience is necessary as you will be fully trained, so therefore we welcome enquiries from both experienced Support Care Staff and individuals who are looking to start a career in care.

This is a full time permanent position and shift times are:- 9.45pm until 7.45am

We offer Diplomas 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care along with the Care Certificate which in-turn will assist with career progression.
