- Field Recruitments Managed Service is an ideal addition to any internal recruitment process; by providing you with a dedicated Account Manager you receive, via email, the best and most relevant candidates that apply for your vacancies. We pre-screen all candidates that apply and provide you with an agreed amount of CV’s matching your requirements.

The obvious benefit to this service is the time that it saves; if you are looking to hire a skilled professional within a specified deadline we take out the pressure of having to sift through multiple CV’s to find relevant candidates and then pre-screening those candidates to find out who you want to invite to interview. Along with this your Account Manager will be on hand to provide guidance and advice throughout the recruitment process and making recommendations of other services that can assist your recruitment process.

Search & Selection (Permanent Vacancies Only) - 
Our most comprehensive level of service, we manage the full recruitment process for you so you can focus on your business. As standard we will work with you to put together a job specification and person specification, advertise the vacancy in multiple channels including our own website, other job boards and social media.

Once candidates have been identified, we pre-screen them ready for interview. All you need to do is pick the candidate who you think fits best.

Temporary Recruitment Services - 
A service specifically designed for temporary to permanent, interim, long term sick or maternity cover vacancies. As above with search & selection we will find a suitable candidate for your vacancy but they will remain an employee of Field Recruitment, giving you peace of mind that we perform all payroll duties.

A temporary assignment can be as little as 1 day if you have a member of staff on holiday or sick right through to long term assignments.
