Field Recruitments Managed Service is an ideal addition to any internal recruitment process; by providing you with a dedicated Account Manager you receive, via email, the best and most relevant candidates that apply for your vacancies via our website.

 

All candidates that apply via the Field Recruitment website will be pre-screened over the telephone with the most relevant candidates being skills tested in a topic suited to the vacancy and in turn we will provide you with an agreed amount of CV’s matching your requirements.

 

Once you have decided on the candidates to interview we will then begin a 1 year background and referencing check on those chosen candidates. You decide which reference check you would like us to perform out of the following; Employment, Education, Credit, Identification.

 

Field Recruitments managed Service is charged per vacancy and is pre-loaded with up to 3 skills tests and a 1 year background checking facility of your choice.

 

Your dedicated Account Manager will be on hand to assist throughout the process, keeping in touch with regular updates and advise on what you can do to attract better candidates.
